Performance in large Parks

i'v noticed this game is very singlethread bound
and even with great specs. huge parks lag like crazy.
i sit around 15-20fps in this video's park here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uS41B9Jsyc&list=PL4Sz7_l-PtwAzMbn_qWSqAVIEQgdf4eDL&index=23

it's a very detailed park but its impossible to play past this point.
the most i got out of adjusting settings was to set peep draw distance to half and turn reflections off, brings me to just about 25fps in the most demanding of area's

that said i can't really add much, if i save the park it wont ever load
seems to be a hard limit,

are there mods for this game to improve performance or just to allow me to build more?
would LOVE to fill out an entire park.

The game came out 16 years ago. The last OS it was optimized for is Windows XP. This is about all you're going to get.

yeah, i assumed so,
was hopping there would maybe be some mods to help with the park save file limit.
i can deal with the 25fps.but it sucks i can't actually add onto the park i listed in my OP.
they give you such a large areas you can't really use.
