Report a translation problem
Make sure your stairs do connect correctly. Once they do i think you hear a click and you also see water on the slide itself. It can be tricky. Also paths to the stairs have to connect exactly even if they "look" like they do they may not. Double check. Also you may hve to OPEN the ride.
I just checked again. You can open and close the ride so make sure it is OPEN...green light is on. Also make sure it isn't broke down. Maintanance has to be able to get to the pool's gates to inspect and clean the pool area.
