Training, Who trains ALL staff?
I do, It's amazing how much of a difference it makes to things. Costs a fortune but damn the returns are so much better!
Give me your thoughts. I feel they reduces wait times and keeps staff happy. However I never pay them more, does that make a difference?

Yes, training is good, if only to stop the constant "Staff member considering quitting" messages. Make sure to discipline them once if their laziness is high before training.
