black screen?

recently downloaded rollercoster tycoon 3 from EPIC. I can hear the music playing but its just a black screen. how or can I fix this? I also got annoyed and just emailed for a refund from epic but I have no revieved any kind of email back, does anyone have any experience with epic.

I downloaded steam and purchased the game on here currently downloading it now.

If you have windows 10 64 bit I think i could help you
mine works great

cpu 2.7 mrz

ram 4 gb

screen resolution should be set to 1300 756

if any higher black screen will appear

I am using Windows 10 and a resolution of 1920x1080 Game is working perfectly in Fullscreen and No black screen.
