Then, when in game, check the box next to "Use music from My Music/RCT3 folder" in the game options. Select a ride and under its info panel change the music to the track you put in that folder. The game will ask you to give it a genre so just choose whatever is appropriate.
Note that the game will not play ride music in isometric camera mode unless you are riding that ride.
And yes, the game does work on Windows 10, though some people seem to have issues with certain graphics cards. Also, I would recommend following this guide to get the game to run in 1080p:
