Can we skip cutscene?

No, not that. Right before the opening video there's a cutscene. Though I couldn't skip that opening as well.

Those are introduction cutscenes, why would you want to skip that?
You can skip the rest of the cutscene after that.

Because I wanted to. I didn't realise that restriction was in the game. Thank you for the clarification.
