Missions?
Hey there. Does this sim comes with some sort of missions or tasks to do?
I have only found a paid Mission Generator addon.

Nothing like that is built in into the sim (neither XP11 or XP12), but there's at least one freeware mission generator, called Mission-X:

It's very simple and geared towards flying delivery type missions with either a small aircraft or helicopter. Despite being simple it does work quite well, although I have only tried it in X-Plane 12.

I have the paid mission generator from the x-plane store. It works as it says, but doesn't take the game to the next level or anything like that for me. It seems to be geared mostly towards general aviation aircraft (I prefer the heavys) since a lot of the destinations are grass landing strips. You complete missions to level up so you earn more experience on future missions and that's about it. I enjoy using it when I want to fly my Piper PA-28 around Florida.
