X-plane 11 Flight Plan not working
Hi,

I want to make a fllight in a default B737-800 in X-plane 11 but when I want to load my flight plan the fmc it says something like 'Flight Plan not in database' but I have in the X-plane 11 flight plan folder the flight plan and tried to activate it with the same name.
I hope that someone can help me with my problem because I can't figure out what is going all the time wrong.

Did you manually type the flight plan into the FMC on the 737?

Or are you generating it via a second party program?

I did it on the manual fmc on the 737

"Not in database" is the error that appears when a waypoint or airport is not in the FMC database.

If you are seeing an error while attempting to LOAD a flight plan, then the flight plan was never saved or saved under the name you gave it.

Make sure you hit EXEC before attempting to save the plan in the FMC.

The FMC will not save plans with discontinuities, or that are incomplete.

The FMC will give the error after trying to load it after saved it in the right folder. I download my flightplans from simbrief.com and the right file but after I saw some videos I did not find a clue. So what can I do to fix my problem? Is it in the flight plan itself or somewhere else?

Just enter the plan manually.

I tried yesterday to do that and it worked for the most of the things but a problem what I got is that the tower constantly said squawk codes and that I had to maintain FL 1000 the whole time

There are different FMC plan formats and Simbrief may not be giving you a compatible plan.

Entering it manually is the best idea since even when they work, Simbrief's plans do not provide a lot of things to the FMC, e.g. FL, SID/STARs, etc.

What you saw with the FL indicates that you did not set the levels on the plan properly.

Did you also enter the squawk codes you entered into the FMC also into the radios?
The transmitter must be set to the same squawk code.

Abaut the squawk codes, the ATC remeated the codes like 10 seconds after each other and the whole time other codes.... so what is the best to do in that kind of situations?

Had X Plane 11 updated through Steam. Now when I load a saved sit file, I do not see the FMS data.
