where can i find my license key? installing the SAM add on and i cant find my license key

Did you purchase it from the Org Store or just download the free version from X-Plane.org? If you purchased it from the Org Store then you should have received a separate email from the Org Store with the licence key. If you downloaded the free version then there is no license key, but in order to activate some of the features included in the free version you downloaded then you will have to purchase it through the Org Store.

It should only want a serial number if you go into the plugin, select extensions and attempt to activate it. Then you are accessing the payware portion of that plugin and would need to purchase it.

Let me clarify this regarding the SAM plugin. The jetways will work with the free version but not at all airports. Only those airports that include the jetways in them. To get the jetways to work in all of the airports (where appropriate) you have to purchase the SAM world jetways plugin.
