X plane-11 key

As X-Plane 12 is coming out, laminar announced that X plane 12 will be free for X plane 11 users, that have bought the game from the official website. As i bought it from steam website, i don't have the key. Does anyone know, can i get the key somewhere on steam? Thanks for your help.

I have never heard or read anything like that. What Laminar has said is, that those who buy XP12 during the early access period will receive XP11 for free.

During Early Access, X-Plane 12 digital keys will include access to X-Plane 11 as well.

Ive been looking into this, is the xplane 11 access free forever for anyone purchasing Xplane 12 during early access? or is it only access during early access ?
