I am having trouble with the A320 Ultimate.

When I bought the A320 Ultimate in December 2020. I loaded the Aircraft with the Engines on the main menu. The Aircraft loaded and then Engines aren't running and the Instruments are not turned on. Is there any way to fix this? Is it because of Activate Windows Watermark or something else that I did not do correctly?

Once the aircraft is activated then all systems should power up.

But I followed the tutorial and came up with this on one of the Instruments: USE MCDU > DATA > A/C STATUS > LICENSE

So if you go to the MCDU and select License Status and is shows activated then have you gone to the aircraft menu and checked start with engines running?

Where is the MCDU. Nvm I found it.

But how do I find the Activation code? Is it on the email where the link was to download the aircraft?

Also, it is coming up with STATUS: Not Activated.

And that is why the aircraft is not working. You have not entered the serial key into the MCDU. The serial number is located in your X-Plane Store account. Log into your accound and select your A320 Ultimate order, download and you will see the serial number. The serial number is also in the email you got from the Org Store when you purchased the A320 Ultimate.
