What folder do I put Overlay Editor in?

I tried to download Overlay Editor, and it said to put in into an xplane folder, so I went to browse folders in steam, but I didn’t know which folder to put it in. It said to put it into the x plane directory. What folder is that?

It does not need to go in the X-Plane folder. I have it installed in Program Files and it works just fine.

i keep all of my x plane programs together within the x plane folder itself. Like Draco said, you don't have to, but it does keep everything together. This folder in my case is located here:

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 11

You're going to need to know where this folder is when you want to d / l new scenery and planes, so you ought to find it.

Just Program Files, i.e. 64-bit.
