Need help with Plugins-

I have tried downloading cabin sounds an other mods, I have no luck with this for some reason it doesnt seem to be working, I have followed the instructions an I am currently using winrar to unzip the files

What plugin(s) are you having trouble with? xEnviro? XPUIPC? FlyWithLua? X-FMC?

I am using FlyWithLua_Core_v2.6.7_Lin_Mac_Win.zip and haven't had any issues. Which version are you trying to install? There are two versions, core and complete.

It was complete,the thing is ive done everything it says to do in order for this too work, but it wont even let me open up the 3lib1 file to download that for some reason, so I tried to copy an paste but never saw any indicators that it worked when I opened it up in the Game.

Where did you download it from? I use this link:

Then simply extract the files into your Xplane11\resources\plugins folder.

What is the 3lib1 file for?

I just downloaded and installed the complete version and everything is working.

Note:

There are TWO versions of FlyWithLua and you may need the FULL version to get some lua based add-ons to work.

Im not realy sure about what the 3jlib files is for, I think something librarys it was recomended by the website of the download, an John do I not put that in a scripts or modules or fly with Lua folder

OK but without more information I don't think anyone will be able to help. What exactly is the issue with flywithlua? Is it showing up under the plugins menu?

yea it is....i can use the open door command an stuff its just I dont know how to add cabin sounds this was the original ?

Is cabin sounds an add on package? Can you give me the URL for it so I can take a look. If it is a lua script all you have to do is put the script files in the xplane11\resources\plugins\flywithlua\scripts folder. Depending on how the script works it may or may not have a menu option in the xplane11 plugins\flywithlua pull down menu.
