Xplane 11 VR on Oculus Quest 2 via Macbook Pro

I am about to buy X Plane 11 through Steam so that I can play it on my new Oculus Quest 2. However, my computer is a 2013 Mac Book Pro and I've read that the Oculus Quest 2 is incompatible with Macs. Will I be able to play the game on my Quest 2 if I purchase it? Will I need to install any other software? Any help would be GREAT!
