Has anyone else been suspended from store.x-plane.org all I did was ask for a refund, now they have banned me from my products :(

I would try again in 24 hrs. I have heard about being banned from forums but not your own products If still no availabilty; I would send them an email.

Why did you ask for a refund? Was it immediately after purchasing something and you realized it wasn't what you were expecting? X-Plane.org is very touchy with regard to criticism on the forums I have noticed. But I had asked for a refund for a product I purchased a while ago and there were no repercussions. I did however ask for a refund very shortly after installing the product and had immediately uninstalled it.

I would advise to research products sold on the Org Store before purchasing them. They have a lot of very good products and many that are not so good. Probably the reason they don't allow purchasers to give reviews on the products they sell on their store pages.

It was crashing my xplane, i asked for help the day i brought the aircraft, the aircraft cost me close to $100....so i have every right to ask for help i tried everything to fix the problem wouldn't work so i asked for a refund through paypal ..so i wasn't being rude just trying to get what i paid for.

Through paypal? You mean opening a dispute?

That is where your problem started. When I asked for a refund I emailed the Org Store sales and they gave me a refund.

Yes, if you go straight to Paypal before requesting a refund then it looks dodgy.

Well if you went to the Org Store first to request a refund and they gave it to you I don't understand why they have banned you. I will admit that the X-Plane.org and Org Store are a fickle bunch. They only like people who are positive about the products on their site.

I'll be happy to have all 3 sims when FS2020 comes out, but I feel I will only be flying in one if the Alphas are anything to go by

Milviz also jumped ship and stopped producing anything for X Plane to concentrate on FS2020. Its gonna be a good year for flight sims

Yeah better hold off from buying any addons now, especially when they only 10-30% off. Wait for FS2020 and throw your money then.
