flight factor a350 activation

how do i activate this plane in x plane 11. just downloaded.

When you first load the plane are you not prompted to put in your serial key?

it says it's not compatible with xplane 11

Are you on public beta? or Stable release?
I know that the 767 from FF (flight factor) will give a similar msg if on the beta

now i just get a message for the past 20 min saying that aircraft systems are loading

Some planes have both an X-Plane 11 .acf file and an X-plane 10 .acf file.

Make sure you are using the correct one.
