I also run Air Manager on my iPad Pro 12.9, and I strongly recommend it. Totally satisfied with my experience with Air Manager
https://www.x-plane.com/support/
Under the X-Plane Pro version it is stated that:
"Note that you will need one pro-use license—whether digital download or USB key—per computer if you’re planning a multi-machine simulator."
https://www.x-plane.com/pro/
Not sure if you will actually need the pro version in order to create a multi-machine setup, or whether the standard version will be enough.
I have used air manager but be careful before spending money, Air manager doesn't support all the panels you would hope for in the 737 for example. If you are using zibo i would recommend glass cockpit. zhsi from the .org
