Will there be a south Fl scenery pack?

I saw the Aerofly fs2 Just released a South fl scenery pack and it looks nice how ever I like x-plane better and would love to see this in x-plane.

Forkboy has all of florida orthophotos in one download at the x-org. It's a huge file, so if you just want So FL, it might not be worth it. Especially, since this file does not include the keys that i know of. Also, orthophotos are not as much of a scenery pack as photographic scenery.

I know there's miami pack out there somewhere for like $25. I did not buy it.

I also know there's KFLL and KMIA for 15 and 20 respectively. I did buy these because I like to fly between these two airports with my own ortho tiles below. I used to live in So Fl, and it's where I first leanred to fly in the first place.

I think we've had a discussion like this topic before somewhere. There's not as much scenery out there for just cruising around VFR. Most of the scenery packs are around the airports. After all, we are still waiting for NYC to be created.

The good news is that there are plenty of really great cities to VFR around. Some come default--others are free downloads, and the list grows all the time.

Finally, you could learn how to use ortho 4xp yourself and crank out about 8 tiles. That should cover the area from about key west to naples nicely.

What update do you mean? A city? The whole state? Is this an update in the default or a scenry pack?

Ok, good call. I stopped chaecking Forkboyu's stuff after I learned how to make my own tiles. It's way more efficient for me like this. Kiel looks awesome. You should do So FL next, Harry.
