Better pushback not working.

Hey guys.

Just picked up xplane a few days ago. Installed the Zibo mod 737 and was trying that out. The problem I am having is better pushback isn't working. It's showing in the plugin manager but I can't tick it to be enabled. I tried other aircraft too and it isn't working. I also tried teh stable steam build and the beta and no joy.

any ideas how to get it to work?

For me it's showing in plugin manager, but can't even enable it. Just can't tick the box

how do you relese normal brakes
also, i have no bindings for toggle brakes/any brakes

You have to create the binding in the configuration options, then you can release them.

Are you able to get to the Better Pushback dialogs and the overhead view?

I get the diiolog, and tug view, but the tow connects and tells me to release parking brake, i do, and just sits there.

So it is working... The Better Pushback plugin is not seeing you release the brakes, which means you likely do not have a bound control input or that you have not activated the parking brake release within the plane.

I press the PARKING BRAKE(i turn it off) inside the cokpit
the ligth comes off, its off

Are you able to taxi your aircraft OK? What I noticed with the release of 11.30 is LR reversed the brake action on my controller. Before my rudder pedal toe brakes were in the release state when not pressed, but with 11.30 that reversed and I had to check the reverse axis boxes for the left and right toe brakes.

it steers, but the brakes are just not working and never disingage when i press the binding for it.So, it does not taxi OK

What do you use for your controller? I am using a Thrustmaster T1600M joystick with the accompanying throttle and rudder pedals. I have my rudder pedal toe brakes configured for braking as well as the trigger on my joystick to set and release the brakes. If you can't taxi OK then you have something set for brakes and it is apparently on. You need to find out what it is and change your settings.

I use a Saitek Cybord 3D gold usb and i think that might be the problem
