Even if you can read it in, the plan will be incomplete and lacking SID/STAR and runway data.
You must input that manually.
Your best bet is to print out the Simbrief plan and enter that into the plane's FMS manually, then input the SID/STAR, Runway and gate data to make a complete plan.
save them to steam library/steamapps/common/x-planes/customdata/ufmc/flightplans.

a lot of us dont like to use simbrief. thanks Rupegodwin for showing how to input it differently.
i use little navmap. i export it to ufmc, save the file in x-plane 11/Custom Data/UFMC/Flightplans folder. i load it by first entering origin and dest on the computer under the RTE menu, then typing the filename and pushing co route, then execute.
