Throttle Issue - X56 HOTAS - Adding reverse to main throttles - when full reverse, it gets stuck and can't move.
I'm having an issue setting up the joystick / throttle unit. I'm trying to set it up so at 0.35% on the HOTAS unit, the throttle goes from forward thrust into reverse. All of that works fine but I have no idea what the beta zone is for - I simply want the reverse thruster to be part of the normal thrust levers - I'll add in physical detents later by modding the unit.

For now, I'm using the markings on the throttle unit... At 0% normal, it is just beyond the blue markings... At 0.35 it is ad the 4th black line, or first dominant blue line if you look at, from top-down with the switches at the bottom and right side, the top of the unit inside the grooves so the throttle can move... It shows percentage, etc.. in the bottom grooves and in the top there are only markings - I'm using the top.

Anyway... It all seems to work as intended, however the moment full-reverse is reached, the throttle no longer responds to input. I have to either move the throttles out using the mouse to any other position, and then move the throttles for it to work again... The toggle thrust reverser may work too - but I've had no success with that button at all when trying it without the dual reverse built-in...

For instance: If I use the throttle as 0 to 100% forward only, and have the toggle reverse thrusters bound to a button ( I'd actually prefer the slider button SLD / SLO - but it doesn't seem as though you can set a button to work as HOLD vs PRESS / TOGGLE so it would need to be activated and deactivated each time which is annoying ) then it goes into the full reverse LOCKED position. This happens regardless of my throttle position whether at 0%, 10%, 50%, 100%, etc..

So, using the button alone, I can not use the throttle axis to modify the speed so it is full reverse only, or not at all when using the button to toggle.

When using the combined forward / reverse option, it works but only until it reaches full reverse - at that point I can no longer manipulate the throttle levers without manually toggling a button or manually manipulating the throttle levers before / after moving the physical throttle levers.

How can I resolve this issue? Being locked out of being able to use my physical throttle levers when they reach a certain point is most annoying and can be problematic..
