Cabin altitude warning
I'm getting a cabin altitude warning since last 2 flights and I've no Idea why

Packs are on.
L R Eng bleeds are on.
Cabin altitude control is on auto.
Auto rate at triangle.
Landing alt is set for arrival.
Bleed air duct pressure is 30 PSI.

Last flight I ignored the warning and flew for around 2 hours and 30 mins at 36000ft and noting happened. No blackouts nothings everything was perfect, was only getting a red cabin altitude warning.
Right now I'm cruising at FL 400 and I have cabin altitude warning again in red.

It's FF 757

Little late I know, but I have the same problem. At some random point into the flight, I get a cabin altitude warning although everything was working for 3 hours. Very strange, seems to be a bug.

Screenshot of the pressurization panel please.

Didn't make one, but the config was:

Packs both on
Isolation valve on
Engine bleed both on

So as I had, it has been working for 3 hours and in the 4th hour suddenly the Cabin Alt warning came up.

I just did a flight in the FF 757, I couldn't replicate this issue. It's possible you had a depressurization (found under failures) which you then need to take a look at the QRH.

Looks like depressurization, yes. Also, the RAT came out.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that I accidentally clicked one of the pressure switches during the flight and didn't notice it.

I will monitor this on my 5 hrs flight today

If I remember right the RAT pops out on it’s own only if you have both engines fail or you lose both of the AC power buses.

Did another 757 flight yesterday and nothing unusual happened. Hm. Will keep track of this, maybe it was my fault.
