Did you remove the old AviTab folder out of your plugins folder first before installing the latest one?
Try deleting the current B737-800X folder and re-paste it in again.
P.S Grab the latest Zibo update too - 3_39_12.zip
Out of curiosity, did you try installing FMOD by AudiBird XP as well?
FYI - It is pre-installed in the Zibo mod now, no need to download it. Zibo should take it off his Download Links page as it can be confusing for new people.
Try removing your version of Zibo, redownload the latest full release, and try using this app to keep it updated with the latest patches.

Another thing to note, are you using any other plugins? As BigKangaroo3 mentioned, the FMOD is no longer required, you should just need the latest full release of Zibo installed, along with the latest patch which you can get from the link I provided.
If you are using any additional plugins, disable them all, start with just Zibo and Avitab, make sure it all works, then start re-adding your plugins.
Try taking them all off to start with, add them back one by one to see if the issue is with another plugin, although none of them should be the cause as I use them all with the exception of headshake and have no issues.
Aircraft folder. Run the program I linked originally, follow the instructions carefully and it'll put the latest Zibo patch on for you as well.

Back button and home button wont work

Personally I do not see why or where the issue is. If you are using the latest version of Zibo and AviTab, there should be no conflicts. I am using both the latest versions as well as several other plugins and have no issues.
A rather drastic step would be to uninstall XP11 completely and start from scratch, but definitely try posting in the linked support form first, or I'm sure another member of the community with a bit more insight than me will be able to help!
