How do I fix real world date and time?

I live in Colorado (UTC -7hrs mountain time). When I go to start a flight and want to change it to current date and time it's off. Current date time 4 July 2018 19:09 hrs. X Plane 11 date and time 5 July 2018 20:09 hrs (1:09 UTC). So XP 11 has something set very wrong. The UTC time is correct but not the local date and time.

That works and it doesn't. I don't know who set it up for LR but it doesn't make any sense. UTC offset is by hours not minutes. My area is offset by -7 hours and their correction only goes up to 120 minutes. Just doesn't make sense. Something else that needs to be fixed in XP11.
