Report a translation problem
I don't think it's possible to delete a file that removes kiosk mode. There's probably a method to fix, that I do not know.
In this instance, and I'm jumping straight to last resort, email info@x-plane.com. Give full details of version, platform, the fact you reinstalled, didn't enter a kiosk password etc. I usually refrain from advising to email the devs, but your issue is probably integrated into files that don't exist in the normal X-Plane installation folder, giving that you've reinstalled it.
Please help!
