Best stick for a beginner ?
Hey people,im looking for an entry level stick.I want a precise stick with a good build quality.Buttons are not really important as i have my keyboard's macro buttons. Here is my list

1.Logitech Extreme 3D Pro:35 euros
2.Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X:47 euros
3.Thrustmaster T16000M FCS:58 euros
4.Defender Cobra M5:67 euros
5.Saitek X52:63 euros(Second Hand)

I loved hotas x beacuse it has hotas and its really cheap but people say it has giant deadzone.
I dont have much opinions about logitech but i believe its a good pick for a starter.
I liked T16000M too beacuse i can upgrade it with pedals and hotas if i really like it and it has lots of buttons and its damn precise.
I loved Cobra M5's build quality but its pretty pricey and if i dont like it i might not find a buyer here because its not a commonly used stick in my country.
I loved Saitek too it looks really good and it has Hotas for a good price.I would not need an upgrade for quite long amount of time.

What are your opinions about these sticks ?

I have the T16000m HOTAS and it's brill. Very precise and smooth, feels very rigid and comfortable and always works without any driver issues. My previous Saitek joystick had poor drivers so only half the buttons/axes worked at any time.

I have hotas X and am very happy with it. Cheap and works great. I have no problems with deadzones. I play elite dangerous and XP11 with it and everything works great and controls are precise. But in XP11 you need to adjust controls.

Im low on budget and i dont know if i can spend around 20-30 euros on just one aircraft. Is there good sims for a beginner who doesnt know anything at all like me ?

And i decided to go for Hotas X or the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro because i dont really wanna spend much now cuz i dont know if i like plane simulators.

Hotas X isn't at all bad, but if you can get a 16000m for that price (that is the one with the throttle, right?), jump on it. I just upgraded from hotas X to 16000m this week, and I have to say - it's worth the extra cost to me.

Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog PC Joystick

It's a fantastic stick for just about everything.

It's also very expensive.

It's precision is measured by the same sensors as the 16000m, but it has multiple throttle imputs and is made of significantly heavier materiels, which make flight a little smoother.

Logitech Extreme 3D Pro is probably the best joystick for novice simmers. I have several joystick and HOTAS setups, but my 12 year-old Logitech is still stable, accurate and reliable--and it's relatively cheap.

The Thrustmaster HOTAS X is a great entry level option. Enough buttons and a separate substantial throttle. I recommend it for a first stick, then after a while, you can upgrade to the premium controllers. The extreme Pro gets positive reviews but I prefer the big throttle.

I am using the Saitek (not logitech) X52 controller along with the Saitek rudder pedals. It does cost a bit but I really enjoy using this controller. Very easy to customize and very precise. I like having a controller with a saparate throttle. Makes it very easy for flying, takeoff, landing.

So... you spent the equivalent of £60 on a flight sim, knowing you are on a budget and not knowing if u like flight sims. Sounds slightly suspect.

I didn't bought anything yet.I cant get myself an expensive setup to try out right ? So,i decided to go for the HOTAS X.It's 42 pounds here.I always liked planes and flying and i was looking to try out something new than this came to my mind.If i dont like it i can easily sell it for around 25 pounds.
