Serial number?

Since the latest update X plane asks for activation of the serial number. Never had to this before (I think) so I dont know where to find it. Anyone any idea? I dont have the e-mail anymore from way back then I bought it on steam.

there is no serial number for steam version. try to verify game files

Tried verifying game files, still I get the activation screen, and whatever I choose, it asks for a serial number...

Are you sure that the request for a serial number is not from an add-on?

Yes, very sure, i dont have any add ons. I reinstalled and still the serial number pop up. Sigh.

Take a screenshot of that error, maybe we can help if we see how it looks.

Do you have the demo version of x-plane installed and it is asking for the serial number there? I have never had the Steam version ask for a serial number, I am running version 11.36r2 ( build 113601 64 bit)

estoy en las mismas, he actualizado el juego mediante el x-installer y al abrir el juego me pide el numero de serie, pero al tenerlo en steam no lo encuentro

I'm in them, updated the game through the x-installer and when I open the game it asks me for the serial number, but having it on steam I can't find it
