124th atc issue

Been playing with the 124th atc plugin lately, but running into a problem whereby the engine start-up request and taxi requests aren't being processed. Anyone else experience this and have a work around?

I use 124th atc all the time and I've never had this issue. When you say you're requesting startup and/or taxi and it isn't being processed, do you mean that you don't recive a readback?

As long as you are on the correct frequency, I don't know what your problem could be. I would simply try to reinstall

Just removing the plugin folder and re-applying it? Or are you talking the entirety of x-plane 11?

I get the option to request startup, but nothing happens and it just gives me a readback option. Same with taxi request thereafter.

Just remove delete the 124th atc mod, and reinstall. NOT the entire game or plugins folder.

If that doesn't fix it, could you tell me if you get a readback when you file your flightplan and if you recive handoffs, takeoff- and landing clearens etc.

The plugin used to work to work fully, however I had xlife installed as well and ran into a multitude of issues with xlife, so I removed it. Ever since, 124th atc hasn't fully worked. I tried removing the plugin folder and verifying the integrity of the files and that didn't work. Everytime I "install" 124th not all of the features are working.

I'd rather try and find a fix than re-downloading the entire game.

Re-downloading the entire game is unnecessary and unlikely to help. See if there's a 124thATC prefs file in your prefs folder.

If you caugh the jist, I've already tried removing 124th atc and re-applying it with no success. Hence why I'm looking for a solution that doesn't involve re-downloading the game. Sorry I upset you!

No such file exists, nor are there any mentions of the plugin in the files themselves.

Hmm, then I don't know, as I don't use 124thATC anymore.
