Help with entering flight plans into FMC, FF 757 v2
Hi,

I have been struggleing to input a flight plan into the FMC in the flight factor 757 V2. I use SimBrief, route finder and online flight planner and everytime I go to enter my route waypoint I just get AWY/WPT MISMATCH. This is so annoying because I have no idea what im doing wrong. Ive even followed tutoirals on you tube and still havnt got it. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

What's the route and your AIRAC cycle?

Sorry, I forgot. I managed to enter that route without any faults into the 752 FMC.

Possible causes of your error are:
  • Different AIRAC cycles
  • Entering DCT as an airway
  • Typing error
If you like, I can do a video inputting this route into the FMC.

Yeah that could be the possiable causes, this has just been confusing me loads. And a video would be so helpful thanks, it would be a great help to me if I could see what you are doing and compare my mistakes. Thanks!

Video is taking ages to upload. I screwed up the streetlights in and around KBOS, in-case you wonder why there are streetlights behind the aircraft...
