I would suggest downloading the free Zibo mod as it has a more immersive 737-800 experience than the default one. eg 3d models of the GPU, fuel truck, Captains tablet for plane config and Navigraph map viewing and no issues starting and shutting down the APU.

Note - The FMOD sounds are now included in the Zibo download on the Google Drive and don't need to be downloaded separately.

The following video may also provide clues as to what went wrong (assuming it's not a bug).

One moment, I'm going to double check (I fly light aircraft most of the time so I might have forgot). Also, are you holding it in the START position for a moment? I think you have to do that.

Alright, turn on the packs and turn off the APU bleed.

Flip, it's a bug in the default 737-800.
I've started up the APU in both the default and zibo mod and then switched the APU off again. The Zibo mod's APU starts up fine again after shutdown, the default 737-800 shows the fault light you spoke of and wont start again until restarting the flight. (The pack settings in the pic made no difference no matter how they were adjusted).
Please refer back to my original post and download the Zibo mod.

If you power down the default 737-800 completely, and use fix all failures, you can power it back up and get the APU going again, but it only works for me if the plane is powered down.

There's been a thread about this on the XP11 forums, with the default 737 as well. Same issue you seem to be having so this could very well be a bug with the default 737. I would suggest going for the Zibo 737, APU works just fine and I can restart it multiple times with no issues.

Yes i installed the zibo mod but I didn’t like is so much

The Zibo does require a learning curve, but once you get past that it's a great aircraft. I come from the PMDG 737 so all my learning was done on that so I don't need to learn anything new. You can always look on YouTube for tutorials, PMDG 737 ones will work as well since those will be more common.

Don't get me wrong, the default XP11 737 is great, but if the Zibo wasn't available I wouldn't trade my PMDG for the XP11 default.
