I read that xpl11 moved some nav files around, so fms's not aware of xpl11 might not display
any nav points without manual intervention (i.e. copy file from new location to where xpl10 has it).
Laminar is doing what they can to possibly fix some of these issues before release...unfortunately, according to Laminar comments, there will still be some aircraft that remain disfunctional even after release and we will need to wait and see if their respective authors will work out a patch release. There is some speculation as to whether or not these 3rd party updated planes will be free of charge for customers, or at some cost. Time will tell.
Best way to know for sure what the status is in v11 for a specific aircraft you may have in mind (such as the crj200) is to contact it's author via emai or forum message on either the org store's site or one of x-planes popular forum locations where users often discuss these sorts of issues in greater detail. Much better chance of finding a more specific answer that way.
... the CRJ200 has been around so long in Xplane....hopefully it'll get the attention it deserves!
