How do i put the auto throttle off with the Airbus A320 Airliner

The plane seems to do a lot of auto control like the throttle.

How do i turn the auto throttle/control off?

The auto throttle will engage automatically in the following situations.
1 - When you set full throttle
2 - When the plane is about to stall

You can press the auto throttle button to des engage the auto throttle. But it will automatically engage again if in one of those two situations.

I know now how to avoid the auto throttle and thanks for that.

Is there any way to control this plane like the others i have with no auto control of any kind?

The Plane is fly by wire computer assisted like in real life.

I just did a succesful flight with a takeoff and a landing with this plane.
It took more skills than any other plane i flown.
