X-Plane 11
Now I can't trim my Carenado B1900D using 11.10b
I changed over to 11.10b this morning and tried flying my Carenado B1900D. I can't trim the thing any more. At 180 kts clean configuration I am at full nose down trim and still not level. I tried recalibrating my X52 controller but no dice. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Did you check your control settings to make sure they hadn't defaulted
I'm thinking it could be the plane needs an update
I checked all of the controller settings. It calibrates correctly both in windows 10 and in X-Plane 11. I haven't tried any other aircraft yet. The B1900D is my favorite so if it needs an update I'm a little bummer at the present time. I will have to try the Baron 58 and see how that does.
I tried the Baron 58 and can trim it up. Seems a little touchy so I'll have to keep trying. Haven't tried my other Carenado aircraft, the 500S yet, but I suspect that I won't be able to fly it either until Carenado does an update to them.
I tried my Carenado 500S and it seems to be OK.

Had the v11.10b3 update yesterday and tried the B1900D. Getting the same issue regarding trimming the aircraft, also the fght model feels livelier than befor, maybe a touch less stable.
The flight model is probably because of the updated flight mechanics. Probably more realistic now. Carenado are nice looking but not really known for their realism. I have a couple of Carenado just because I like the aircraft and I have the same issues with the trimming.

Had a good think about it, the B1900D acts like the COG has shifted fully forward and is nose heavy. Trimming for level flight at cruse speed, uses 75% nose up trim. On approaches I'm having to fully trim up & slightly pull back on the stick to maintain a 500 ft/min descent.

Other thing I noticed was the HDG bug is now reading roughly -20° off course ... With AP on, HDG selected and the HDG bug set at 240 (for example), the B1900D was on a heading of ~260 according to the HSI rose and GPS unit. As I changed the HDG bug, the course would stay ~20° off.

Will contact Carenado and do a bug report, see what info they have.
Interesting findings. You wouldn't think 11.10 would affect that particular aircraft like that. I've given up on X-Plane 11 for a while. Flying FSX SE. Went back to 11.05 on X-Plane for now. Just tired of paying for beta products, but I know X-Plane will get there eventually. I had a blue screen flying the Cessna 172. I did notice the landing flare is better as is the ATC, except for the repetition of instructions if you don't respond right away.
Just done a short flight and the HDG bug is OK again... Shifted the COG by + 60cm (rearward) using the Weights and Fuel menu. Aircraft trimmed out better. However, it was wheelieing down the runway after landing... Found the B1900D had a tendency to loose those last few feet quite quickly on landing. Now finding it bouncing back up into the air after touch down. Might just need a slower apprach speed than before.
I've tried moving the cg forward, backward. There doesn't seem to be a position that works for in flight and on the ground. I'll fly the 500S for now and wait for progress in X-Plane and a new version from Carenado.
Still running v11.10b3, but given up on the B1900D for the time being. Of the six payware aircraft / helicopters I have, it's been the only one having issues so far. Hopfuly Carenado will release an update once v11.10 final is released.
I've gone back to 11.05. My 500S while flyable has cg issues as well. The built in aircraft like the Baron 58 are ok but 11.10b3 still has issues with the landing dynamics. They really need to fix this so you can flare properly and not have to jerk the stick back to overcome the nose dropping.
The B1900D appears to be working correctly with v11.10b5... trimming properly, no external camera issues and no XP11 crashes :)
The landing flare is still messed up in 11.10b3. The nose still drops when attempting to flare during landing on all of the aircraft I have tried, B1900D, 500S, Baron 58. Eh, back to flying FSX Steam until they get X-Plane 11 working descently.
