I bought yesterday on simmarket, activation worked very well but, the problem is that it only works with basic aircraft. If I want to use it with the B 737-800X from zibomod, the plugins get started sometimes, but the ground service does not move or a message tells me that I have to choose a bigger airport. However, I choose international airports like PARIS Orly (LFPO) or PARIS ROISSY-CHARLES-DE-GAULLES (LFPG). But nothing to do is not working as long as I do not take the default 737 or the default 747

I don't have the addon yet, but I'm pretty sure you will have to download presets. You can find some official ones here (Including B737-800 Zibo):
