Ortho help

Hi Friends
I am in the need of help (again...lol).
The other night I downloaded some ortho scenery from Forkboy on the xplane.org site and came up with this error when loading a new flight:
Error, could not locate image files for terrain
Custom scenery/California_V4/terrain/25672_11632_CA_416.ter
Custom Scenery/California_V4/terrain/..textures/25672_11632_CA_416.dds

What do you reccomend I do?

Here is the installation information:
1) Navigate to the textures sub-folder and double-click on ALL FOUR of the _ConvertToDDS.bat files. This will convert the JPGs to DDS format. You can run all four bat files at the same time to speed up the conversion process. The conversion process may take several hours on slower computers. DO NOT run _Unneeded_File_Cleanup.bat yet.
2) Confirm that you have 9,291 DDS files and 490 PNG files in the textures folder and that all of the DDS files are 10.6 megabytes. If this is true, then the conversion worked. If it's not true, then you did something wrong.
3) You can now manually delete all of the JPG files, the DLL files, and nvcompress.exe. Or you can execute _Unneeded_File_Cleanup.bat to delete these unneeded files for you. Do NOT delete the PNG files.

I'm sure I did step 1 correectly but maybe I did not?
Step 2: How do I find if I have all those files? I clicked on the properties of the folder but it does not tell me the number of DDS files and PNG files.......how do I do this?

Step 3: How do I manually delete those files? I know how to delete them; but I just can't find them.
I tried to execute the uneeded_File_cleanup.bat; it comes on for a split second and then nothing else happens.
Is there anyway I can find the missing file......or how far back do I need to go to try again?
I hope someone can explain steps 1 and 2 for me so I have a better knowledge with this as I plan to download more then just California.

I looked at his Ortho's and decided I did not want to spend the time with those tiles.

I went back to the much easier to use Ortho4XP generation.
