Airbus A320 JAR Design not activating

I have tried installing, uninstalling and reinstalling my X-Plane 11 Add-on Airbus A320 JAR Design but the only problem is that everytime I try to activate it through the Aerosoft Download Shop that I bought since September 2016 which works for both X-Plane 10/11 it comes up saying "error activating code" which wouldn't let me run Airbus A320 so please try to help me get it to work?

What version of the JARDesign A320 are you trying to download? Is it V3.0, 3.1, 2.7...? I think I know what your problem is.

You put the cd key .... the fire wall may be preventing you from turning it off and try to insert the cd key

OK... I was wrong. Thought you were trying to activate V3 with a V2.7 key. Your only option is to get in contact with JARDesign, and explain your situation to them. They should be able to resolve everything, given that they do boast about getting in touch if you can't activate the product.
