Ortho4xp installed night lighting and traffic missing?

WOW this ortho4xp is so fantastic you would look down and think you are in a plane flying,but i have got no night lighting or traffic is that right? many thanks as always

I think it depends on your scenery packs.ini file. Ortho4XP tiles have to be on the bottom I think, and the master Ortho4XP main file goes just above the default data.

I can't remember off the top of my head because my PC won't cope with Ortho4XP, so I had to abandon the plugin. But there are YouTube videos that do detail the exacting structure of the scenery packs.ini file, so you can have cars and roads on top of the Ortho4XP tiles.

Your first ini looked fine - although I've never used a mesh so it maybe that needs to go at the very bottom. I had your problem when I tiled up Jamaica and forgot to generate the overlays, I see the ortho overlays directory is there but make sure it has got the files. You can get Ortho4XP to generate them again without rebuilding the entire tile.

Incidentally it looks like you're flying the UK? If so don't use Ortho4XP generated overlays for the UK tiles, go and grab GBPROV2 from x-plane org forum and use that instead - much more accurate placement, gels properly with your photoscenery, probably boost your performance a little too. Looks like you already have most if not all the libraries gbpro needs already but do double check.

finally for clarity, my ini order:
all the airports
global airports
gbprov2 overlay
all libraries (these can be anywhere)
orthoxp tiles

I currently don't have any photoscenery outside the uk so no ortho overlays are reqd for me, but if I did I would have the orthoxp overlays right above my orthotiles.

thanks removing the mesh fixed it many thaks... this is whats in that overlay folder in the custom sceenary earth nav data ......+50+000.... +51+000 dsf.... 8971 kb just 1 file

I can't 100% confirm as I don't use any ortho4xp overlays right now - but if all seems well in sim it sounds like ortho4xp did everything it needed to, yes.
