Saitek X45

Got the Saitek X45 Joystick.

In the joystick configs folde (...\X-Plane 11\Resources\joystick configs\) i see ressources for this control stick:
- Saitek X45 Flight Control Stick - Win.joy
- Saitek_x45_back.png
- Saitek_X45_throttle_back.png
- Saitek_x45-front.png

However when i enter the joystick settings non of this content is preloaded.
The joystick is selected in the top left saying Saitek X45.
I guess the images should be loaded and displayed and the keymapping should also be set like it is in the config.

None of this happens.
Do you have advice for me?

Furthermore when calibrating on my on, is the buttons and movement are correctly recongnized.
Unfortunatley when flying the plane is not listening on the movements of my control stick/ joystick. I does nothing, i can only steer the plane with my mouse.
The buttons however seem to work like i defined them.

What happens when you calibrate the X45? Does the calibration seem OK?

yes i seems ok. It responds to the movement of the stick.
But in game, i cant control the plane as if there was no input from the stick. Keys work fine.

I have the same issue with my Saitex x45 and the game. :(

It will be a little late for you, but maybe it can help somebody else. I had the same issue. You must create a profile for your X45 at the Joystick page first and, as soon as you are flying, go to the joystick page and select the profile previously saved. If the plane has not that profile assigned, it will start with the default profile. This page can be accessed from the top right bar with your mouse, select the equalizer icon.
