Steam games are usually released at this time of day. But no - I can't be 100% confident on it.

Even if it will not be released today your assumptions are silly. Considering the game has been out for months, there would be no reason to postpone the Steam version for such an exorbitant amount of time.

nah im just pissed i was counting for it to be released on this day and its not. And as some other poster said they already delayed it once.

Yea, they did, but I wouldn't be too worried about how much longer.

I already own the beta, but I am looking forward to this version as well. I prefer to keep everything centralized.
