XRAAS2 is good for notifying you of where you are. Whether your landing is too long, or need a gentle reminder to change the QNH, it will do nicely.
eBag is good for in-game flight charts.
Reshade is perfect for adjusting the lighting, bloom and loads more, but isn't very compatiable and crashes the sim upon Alt + F4. Not exactly a plugin either - it goes in your root folder. BluFX is another simplistic one, and is a plugin.
XFMC is a universal FMC, but I don't think it works currently with X-Plane 11.
FlyWithLua is a must with any simmer; you can effectively have hundreds of plugins, in one. It loads scripts and processes them, so you can adjust advanced settings not available in the default settings of X-Plane 11.
HeadShake by SimCoders is a MUST. I tend to keep the taxi lookahead off, and stopping can be quite irritating (jerks the camera), but it enhanced turnulance and touchdown so well.
X-Camera is helpful for adding loads of camera views, but is not too user-friendly unfortunately.
I hope you can use some of these to enhance your flying experience greatly (if that's even a word). Have fun!
I suggest you use all the same plugins you used fo xp10 on xp11.
The one's I use are xraas2, fseconomy (not really a plug in), and xchecklist. I had atc125 and xlife but removed them. xlife needs to be coded for each airport which is no good for me flying GA at regional airports.
ATC is just aweful - full stop. Vatsim is best for this.
Edit: Oh, and there is an progressive braking plug in that stops the "on/off" motion that brakes currently have.

Most of them should. Search for them on the tinternet to see if they have been updated for X-Plane 11 as well.
Another one is PauseForMe that will pause the sim when certain triggers happen - like you're making a coffee while on autopilot and your craft runs out of fuel.
(Not saying that's ever happened to me ... often).
