ubi launcher crashing instantly

Each time i have to open the ubi launcher while the game is running, it instant freeze, i can interact with whatever is behind it, but the launcher window on the left, stays open.

I managed to buy credits like this, with steam, but its really annoying, have to shut down the game in the task manager each time.

any fix possible ? also does it only happen for me ?
