Does steam progress link to Ubisoft account?

I have a saved account on Ubisoft connect and my PS5 that’s linked. If I buy this on Steam, will I be able to have that save?

From my own experience (I jumped from PS5 to Steam), I can tell you that cars, money and event progress is carried over.
Weird issue though: if you own the Season Pass on one platform (PS5) and buy the base version on the other (PC), you won't be able to use the cars from the season pass unless you buy the pass again.
This also includes the Liberty Walk Supra: I own it on PS5 due to my pre-order, but on PC the car is locked in my select screen, though I could simply buy the car again.
Different story is the Audi R8 Motorfest Edition. To be able to drive it on PC, I would have to buy it again on Steam. Luckily I don't have any parts installed in it.

I buyed yesterday the game on steam but i played like 80 hours on ubisoft already, where i having deluxe edition, all the progress was carried over here and the cars from deluxe edition also.

So will my imported cars from TC2 to TCM transfered too when i change from PC to Xbox ?

Okay thanks so there's no matter if i played even TC2 on Xbox Series S, and changing back to Xbox Series if i use the same ubisoft account

I have the game on Ubisoft, and after one year I buyed it on steam and I keeped all the progress and it very nice.
