game not opening

Is your game installed on the same drive as Ubisoft Connect/Steam?

Can you share with us the full specs of your PC please?

RAM:
Storage type (NVME, SSD, HDD):
Windows version:
(type WinVer in the Start menu and press Enter to check your Windows version and build)

Do you have any additional USB accessories plugged in?
Do you have more than one monitor?
Is the Ubisoft Connect and the game installed on the system C drive?

Please include the GPU driver version and date and the game's installation path.

Im running a 4090 RTX and i hit play says running ubisoft loads up but game never loads just goes back to hit the play button

single monitor
game and Ubisoft Connect are both on my H:/ drive, which is an M.2
