Do you get any error messages when you launch the game? If so, can you send us a screenshot of the error message?
Is your game installed on the same drive as Ubisoft Connect/Steam?

Do you have more than one monitor?
Is the Ubisoft Connect and the game installed on the system C drive?
Please include the GPU driver version and date and the game's installation path.
