Controller issue

I don't know if it's a game problem or a steam problem, but, my Xbox controller doesn't work anymore with The Crew Motorfest. At the start, my pc suddenly started to take as input the controller and the keyboard/mouse. but know it even seems to not work anymore

I've been to where you are, you are not alone with this one sense I've gotten the game on steam, I've did a trial version on my Ubisoft connect, it turns out you're not the only one seeing that and I hope they were able to fix this some point or something if they couldn't fix it then I've got to see about getting myself one of those Logitech steering wheels or somthin

I have the same issue but its little bit different to yours. My game works as it's supposed and works fine with keyboard and mouse, but does not see any of my controllers. I've tried everything, I uninstalled the game and installed it back, doesn't help. I have spent numerous hours trying to fix the issue, because I tought the problem is in my controller or my controller. The thing is everything works fine when I play forza, but when I start Motorfest the game just doesn't see the controller even in the big picture mode which is for controllers.
