BSOD While playing

I don't know if its just me or no but i got a problem. My game suddenly BSOD'ed when i try to claim my free car after playlist. And this BSOD appear everytime i started playing for like 5-10 minutes since i bought the game which is yesterday. If anyone have a same problem but fixed it please let me know. if it like this, i just wasted 20$ for game that wont last 10 minutes ;/

btw, i am running in intel core i5 11400H, GTX 1650 Laptop, and 16gb of RAM. It runs perfectly in 50 fps average in low settings and the CPU and GPU temprature is totally fine.

I'm sorry to hear that you experiencing a blue screen crash whilst playing The Crew Motorfest.

The minimum requirements are an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, therefore there is a chance you will experience some performance issues with the GTX 1650.

I would recommend running through the PC troubleshooting in the link below, and ensure that the game is using your GTX 1650 as the dedicated GPU, then try again to see if that helps:

However, if the issue persists can you try locking your FPS to 30, and play for a while with the graphics set to low. If that works fine try to keep increasing the graphics to see how the game runs and see if you still experience a blue screen crash.
