The GPU loss issue seems to have existed for over a year, and hope you can prioritize resolving it. Thank you

Can we see the affected player PC specs, please, including the drivers version number and date?

If you prefer not to share it in public, please generate diagnostic files from your PCs and attach them to a support ticket for analysis:

Game freezes and says GPU Lost after a few hours of gameplay. My Pc specs: AMD RX 7800 XT, 32 GB of RAM, NVME SSD, Intel I5-13400f, 850 Watt PSU. Latest graphics drivers.

I'm having the same problem.

The game freezes when opening or after clicking continue and gives the "GPU Lost" error. I don't have any problems with other AAA games. I'm only having problems with this game. It's a shame that I can't play The Crew Motorfest when I play Forza horizon 5 on 2k ultra-high settings. I will wait 1 week. If you can't find a solution, I will return it. Here are the specs of my computer and what I tested:

My System:

CPU: i7-2600 @4017 Mhz (Overclocked)
GPU: Evga GTX 1070 8 GB
RAM: 1373 MHz DDR3 RAM (4x4 GB RAM)
Motherboard: Asus P8P67 PRO (3602 version BIOS)
BUS Speed: 103.02 MHz
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro x64
SSD: Seagate Firecuda 120 500 GB

- Graphics card and motherboard drivers are up to date
- Other all drivers up to date
- Windows is up to date
- I bought the game on steam


- I tried installed old version drivers.
- I tried running it as administrator.
- I have tried all the compatibility options.
- I verified the game files.
- I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Sorry to hear it that the Crew Motorfest does not work well on your PC.

Thank you for posting the detailed specification.
What resolution and graphics settings did you test?
Do you set all to Ultra or High, or did you try on lower settings as well?

I play at 1920x1080 resolution, 60 Hz monitor. I use the Ultra preset, and it runs very smoothly for a few hours before it freezes with the error. I have not tried different graphics settings yet.

The game is a garbage toilet that constantly crashes and causes errors and twitches constantly during the game. This is the worst purchase! 👎
