21:9 ultrawide issues

I have a LG 34WP60C-B 34-Inch 21:9 Curved UltraWide QHD (3440x1440) and for some reason its stuck at 640p with borderless or in windowed I can get 2560x1440. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? My system is Ryzen 7 5700x with 3080Ti using Display port.

Could you please go through the PC troubleshooting in the link below:

Once you have done this can try deleting the config file then launch the game again and see if you are able to select the required option in the video settings.

Config file location - <Steam-folder>/steamapps/compatdata/2698940/pfx

Thanks for fast reply. I added ubisoft apps to allow them past firewall and ran as Administrator and still stuck at 640x480 with borderless. In windows 11 I'm not finding compatdata in steamapps. When I search: 2698940 in steam folder I get a couple empty folders and some verious files but no pfx

SOLVED! kinda. So the resolution is locked showing 640x480 but when I actually started playing it's obviously at full scale 3440x1440. It would be nice if it showed the actual resolution instead of showing minimum by default. Setting maxed running 60 fps in 21:9. Thank You Ubi-Keo for help and support
