Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting in the link below and go through any of the steps you may not have tried, then try again:
https://ubi.li/x17TX
However, if the issue persists I would recommend trying each of the following:
- Ensure your game is running on a dedicated GPU rather than an integrated GPU - https://ubi.li/q0hCX
- Clear Ubisoft Connect cache - https://ubi.li/uNKwr
- Launch the game in Windows compatibility mode if you are using Windows 11 - https://ubi.li/h0VCZ
- Perform a SFC scan - https://ubi.li/gCxN0 (Win 10 & Below) https://ubi.li/OYBuj (Windows 10 & 11)
- Unplug non-essential peripherals (extra monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)
- Reinstall the support software - https://ubi.li/s9Zj3
- Uninstall the game and Ubisoft Connect, then reinstall them on the same drive as your OS - https://ubi.li/cf8hs
If those steps still don't help can you confirm your PC specifications please.

Seems you guys are more worried about grabbing cash rather than giving this game some life. I could play the game, but only on single screen mode. I can't get passed the loading screen when I try 3 monitors via surround. Even indie games could get this right and you guys can't even provide fundamental support for this game. It's quite pathetic for a AAA company claiming to develop the first AAAA game. Pretty sure that game will be a ♥♥♥♥ show too.
Agreed. Its unbelievable that this game does not allow me to change resolution in fullscreen, but has to be set to windowed, which looks like hot garbage. Clowns.
Sorry to hear it you experience crashes in the Crew Mortorfest.
As @CRoOkEd advised, this folder includes the game settings file. If there is something wrong in there, deleting or renaming it will force the game to create a new, default one.
If possible, that a local profile got corrupted, so deleting/renaming this folder may help.
If nothing helps you, however, please generate diagnostic files from your PCs and attach them to a support ticket for analysis - https://ubi.li/i1JM5
Let us know if any of it helped.

SO AGAIN
verify files did not solved problem
reinstal game launcher or game did not solved the problem
vcredist not solved problem
directx did not solved problem
delete cache of game launcher did not solved the problem
rename or delete motorfest document folder did not solved problem
sfc scannow did not find any violation.
seems like game wait for some information to log in or something... but crew 2 works without ANY !!! problem.
If no troubleshooting steps done so far helped you launch the Crew Motorfest, please try these two:
If you have a multicore CPU (more than 8 physical cores) try setting the CPU affinity to no more than 8 (0 - 7).
You need to open the task manager, go to the game process, open its details and right click on the active process. Keep in mind that after every game restart this procedure needs to be repeated as Windows will asthmatically assign all available cores.
Try creating a new user account in Windows (Administrator account) log into it and install the game there. If you had any corrupted files in your local profile, this should resolve it:

получилось запустить игру
Specs,
Ryzen 7 5700G
RTX 4060
32GB Ram
The only solution that worked for me was once you clicked the launch button.
1. go to the task manager > right click on the crew motorfest process (you can search for it in the task manager)
2. Next click on 'go to details' and right click again on the process there.
3. Now click on 'set affinity' and if your processor supports more than 8, untick everything after 7 and click apply. Keep 8 active (0-7) and others unticked.
IMPORTANT!
You should do this before the game actually tries to launch and as soon as you click on launch and see the process.
