Custom Show Exploit?

So, anyone know why the entire custom show top 20 is plastered with the same designs absurdly high upvoted and one of them having the extra Decal of "Fix Custom Show Plz :)"?
I assume the system is just completely broken and people found exploits for it? I assume Ubisoft won't fix it until year 3?

When looking at the names of the top 10 cars, they all seem to be in the same group/clan/whatever. So maybe the part that needs "fixed" is how friends can always upvote each other? I don't know.
I find the whole idea of the custom show to be flawed, especially that there are exclusive rewards tied to it.

Custom show is a fine idea but shouldn't have rewards tied to it. Hate seeing clean builds and good ideas lose out to someone who just painted their car hot pink and threw every ill-fitting cosmetic they had on it until it looked like something out of Mario Kart anyway

To be fair, rewards are not the problem. The problem is that some rewards are exclusive.

And for that exact reason I don't like the rewards tied to the custom show.
The main problem I see is that the custom show is not even consistent (or rather, the voters aren't).
Whenever I register a car, it's a clean build. I do slam some vanity tires on, but only the less flashy ones. No livery, because I can't be bothered.
Most of the time I get 1, maybe 2 votes for that. But some weeks ago I had like... 10 or so votes for that. No idea how.
Another issue I see with the custom show is that you can't see all registered cars. How can someone even get votes if their car is not displayed for anyone?

If you stay in the custom show for a while you see that the displayed cars get cycled through every couple of minutes. (one of the car bays at a time) So it's basically random when your car is shown and who sees it. So it is important to register it as fast as possible when the week starts so there is more time for people to have the chance to see it.

If you want the rewards, remember they enabled daily voting for your own car with the last bigger patch. If you vote for yourself each day you easily get the S tier Cosmetics every week. I usually end up with 5~7 self votes + 1-3 other votes which was comfortably enough to get the rewards each week.

Well... not a fan of that system, not gonna lie. I really don't think that needing to stay in the custom show to see more/other cars is something anyone would be doing. Just doesn't seem convenient.

yeah, it's basically a daily login reward abstracted to a stupid degree. a lot of people won't bother with it or miss a couple, so if you really want a specific reward of a week you'll probably be able to get it this way until the system is changed. Doesn't make the system good, but it's a reliable way of getting them.
