i was thinking of buying the game but should i buy the definitive edition or standart one ?

Depends if you want the DLC cars. Check the Ubisoft site for the various editions and what they include:

If you want to know what's in the Fitted Pack, Year 1 and 2 passes, then click on them in the Editions list which brings up a pop-up with the details.

Outside of cars, the Year 2 Pass has the Chase Squad Playlist which is exclusive to it and gives some exclusive vehicles.
